Wow today i see that google support for making presentations through gmail.Well this is the are where google previously lagging behind to its compitetors.So over all one can create/edit word documents , spreedsheet & can create Presentations every thing online.And you can send those through your Gmail.Fruther details are here.

Hi i think only very few people come with a intent to change the world here is one such guy i.e Guy Kawasaki ..well well here Guy is in his name only.Any how he worked as a Chief Evangelist at Apple Computer, Inc and presently a Co-founder at Truemors .
