Today i tried the new add on snowl developed by Mozilla Labs.This add on helps to access and manage your RSS feeds and twitter account through a browser.They also have few nice features support for additional message sources, e.g. Facebook, AIM, Google Talk, etc and many more in there roadmap which can you find here.
